Pure power!

(HEADPHONE WARNING) Come take a seat inside the gates of Launch Complex 39B to watch & listen as SLS and her crew of four take to the skies, destined for the moon on the Artemis II mission. Lots to break down in the audio - from the HPU's chuffing away, the ROFI's popping, and the poor microphone taking the acoustic brunt of four RS-25 engines and a pair of five-segment solid rocket boosters. Come check it! 📸 - @NASASpaceflight

The Artemis II crew is boarding Orion.
Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy are taking their seats atop the most powerful manned rocket ever built. They have trained for years for this moment, and now they are preparing to execute a mission that will take us back around the Moon and begin the next chapter of human space exploration.

58 years after Apollo 8’s historic trip around the Moon, NASA is heading back. This time, our crew is going farther into space than any human in history.
Commander Reid Wiseman, Pilot Victor Glover, Mission Specialist Christina Koch, and Mission Specialist Jeremy Hansen will embark on a ten-day mission around the Moon, marking America’s grand return to the lunar environment.
Artemis II marks the beginning of the boldest series of missions the world has ever seen. Through the Artemis campaign, we will maintain American superiority in space, land American astronauts on the Moon, and establish a lunar base all before the end of 2028.
Godspeed Artemis II 🇺🇸

@DavidFurones_ Defenders head was down and hit the receiver in the head with is helmet. Targeting. Defender should have kept his head up and he would have been a clean hit regardless of what the receiver does. I hate the rule. But it is the rule.

@CrimsonCoverage He's still learning how to coach agaisnt top tier SEC defenses. Better figure it out cause Ga will do the same thing in the SEC Championship. His play design/calls against heavy pass rush defenses has been terrible.

@sterlingtyler Why would Kirby take off running toward the REF just to clap for his team? Classless move coach….

@StevenCheah question is "why didn't th runner at 3rd take home?" Nobody was covering the plate. Pitcher was way out of position. Would have scored easily.

@TDAlabamaMag Worse than last year….on both sides of the ball. Sad for the fan base.
