I really don’t care about being invited to a party or being asked to dance when I get there. I want some say so about the venue, guest list, music, food, theme, behavior and dress codes, and a fair cut of the ticket sales. That’s #Inclusion.

I wish more folks understood how prevalent and hurtful ableism is in America. Candace Owens has too large a platform to be carelessly spouting such nonsense. @maysoonzayid How a teacher can do something so cruel to a child is beyond me. All of the activities should have been deliberately planned so she could participate. Giving parents benefit of the doubt, hope they at least dealt with this afterward?

@DariusAGreen Thank you for sharing. If I would suggest adding anything here it is the physiological responses from increased blood pressure, cortisol release, decreased serotonin, and other types of damage that go along with such stressful experiences, and contribute to chronic diseases. 🙏🏽
