@daithimicbineid Honestly, that kind of thing is a lot of work to ask someone to do in their free time and is a contributing factor to the lack of diversity in tech. Ask what you want in a candidate, it is easy to teach a framework but harder to teach problem-solving/communication.

@daithimicbineid Just remember it will take them about 5 times as long you to do anything because they have no idea what the system is and are trying to explain as they go. Normally asking hypothetical "how would you debug this" works better and gives a better assessment of their problem-solving.
