@BritRailTog @GWRHelp @BTP Pleased to report GWR lost property worked a treat - my case turned up dumped at Didcot Parkway yesterday. I drove 2 hours to collect it & lots of my belongings (including the irreplaceable items) are intact. Sadly no recorder but insurance will take care of that. Very relieved!

@GWRHelp this evening my suitcase was stolen from the 19.56 train from Taunton to Paddington. It contained a valuable musical instrument as well as my personal items and a huge pile of music for my work. Are you able to help me?

@GWRHelp a big thank you to the station staff and your lost property team who found my stolen suitcase dumped at Didcot Parkway today. Some of my belongings are gone but the items with sentimental value were there so I’m pleased with this outcome. Please pass on my thanks.

@All A big thank you to the member of staff at your Ibis Excel London hotel who was so kind late last night when my suitcase had been stolen. Put me in a nicer room than I’d paid for and found me some toiletries to help me through my stay - that meant a lot to me.
