@adhdmarie 🤗 Today, my concentration's fucked, my ability to follow & understand new processes is a shadow of it's former self and I've got 5 clients to ring (not my favourite on a normal day) and go through said new process with them <sigh, dragon-style "Graaahh", deep breath>

@adhdmarie (and anyone else ADHD/Long COVID), does my maths work here? ADHD + PMS + Migraine recovery + not actually 100% recovered from Long COVID = recurrence of brain fog in a way that was worrying me It fits the observed data I've got at the moment😆

I can read as well and as much as ever but when it comes to writing things down (or even typing!) I add or forget letters and loops all the flipping time. I know handwriting is really complex in terms of brain, fine motor control etc, but I used to like my handwriting!

A question for the #LongCOVID community...if you're "better now", what's your memory like to write, say, a weekly report and what's your handwriting like now for making notes compared to before?
