Walked along the Embarcadero today and drove through the @PIER39 touristy areas and noticed a stark difference from what the 9% of #SF @Twitter users are seeing. The tourist sites are relatively clean and bustling with tourists. There is little indication that there are dysfunctional areas of the city. The area was packed!
