Turning these tragedies into religious propaganda only helps the terrorists and divides us further.
Nigeria’s problem is terrorism and insecurity, not Christianity vs Islam.
We may practice different religions, but we are all Nigerians.
If we don’t stand together against this madness, the violence will never end. 🇳🇬

40 K+lled, Many Inj¥red As G+nmen Att@ck Communities In Jos On Palm Sunday
No fewer than 40 people have been feared d+ad, while several others sustained inj¥ries following an att@ck by suspected g+nmen in Gari Ya Waye community, Angwan Rukuba area of Jos.
The att@ck reportedly took place on the night of Palm Sunday, March 29, 2026, at about 7:50 p.m., throwing the community into panic as residents fled amid continuous g+nshots.
Eyewitness accounts revealed that the att@ckers invaded the area and began sh++ting at unsuspecting residents before escaping the scene. Security operatives, including personnel of the Nigerian Army, were said to have arrived around 8:45 p.m. to restore calm and secure the affected locations.
During a visit to the scene on Monday morning, March 30, 2026, at least 26 bodies were counted in the Angwan Rukuba axis alone. However, the total number of casualties across other affected areas remains unclear, as some victims were taken away during the att@ck, while others were rushed to hospitals and mortuaries.
Tension continues to linger in the area, with residents advised to remain alert while authorities intensify efforts to stabilize the situation.
Following the incident, the Plateau State Government imposed a 48-hour curfew on Jos North. The restriction, which took effect from midnight on March 29, will run until April 1, 2026, as part of measures to prevent further breakdown of law and order.
Reacting to the tr@gedy, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang condemned the k+llings, describing the att@ck as barbaric and unprovoked. He assured residents that security agencies are actively pursuing those responsible.

the shootings in jos tonight is crazy because; > the shootings went on for over one hour > there is a police station in Angwan Rukuba just 10mins away from this location. > there is an army barracks just 15 minutes away from this location yet no one came to help them 💔
