⛷️Holidays 10 years ago - roll out of bed with hangover, throw on clothes, shove half of breakfast buffet in pocket & hit slopes Today - groan lots, apply deep heat, take vitamins & paracetamol/brufen cocktail, put on knee brace, fill pockets with brufen, codeine and cough sweets

Just back from a week at Jersey Zoo, lots of lovely things to see, but they've also got tortoises named after a couple of my favourite people. No sudden movements around Mike please. Helen likes the outdoors and enjoys human attention if food is involved... #BangOn
