Normally, we would expect an immediate denial, a factual rebuttal, a legal notice, or at least a statement.
Instead: silence.
Neither the CM's office, nor the state government, nor the BJP has come out in his defence.
When faced with a detailed documentary investigation, if a government has no rebuttal, no clarification and no defence to offer, what exactly is the public supposed to conclude?
