@Uber_RSA Every time I book an uber and the driver accepts the time goes from 5 min to 17 or more minutes and then the driver cancels the trip and I have to start over booking another trip. This has now happened 4 times and twice with my wife. Do you not need the business?

@webafrica @vumatel I had power for the duration of loadshedding, but there was no internet connection from Vuma. My devices worked fine, but the Vuma side didn’t

@henlo80 Attempt to ensure the UPS charges as detailed by the UPS manual - in our experience, this ensures the optimal power provision to the connected hardware at the time. @vumatel

@webafrica @vumatel That should worries me! Does Vuma have backup power at their connection boxes or wherever my connection come from in the area ? It stopped working an hour in when loadshedding hit yesterday!
