visio with customers is great, but meeting them in person feels different it takes more time, but you can really connect on a deeper level & build trust on the long term also just feel good as a soloproneur!

the beauty of cold emailing: no answer for most of them then suddenly getting an answer 10min after sent, call right after, and winning 1 customer all in less than 1 hour!!

being a soloproneur is tough… it really requires big organization solving bugs, adding features, prospecting, customer support, onboard customer etc… so many things to do will definitely look for a cofounder once things get more serious or it’ll be out of control

starting to get wrist pain because I’m always working on my laptop thought it was cool to work from anywhere, but I’ll probably start to invest in a more stable setup now… don’t know how digital nomads make it

google team is so reactive, I love it had an issue getting OAuth’s branding verified by their bot, so I emailed them for manual inspection 1h30 later, problem fixed, and branding was live so fast & efficient for such a big company

spent the last 2 days testing different CRMs setups and figuring out what I really need vs nice-to-have I’ll just go for Airtable + n8n automations as it’ll allow me to build something simple & tailored to my needs hope I won’t regret it later but I just want to move on fast

which CRM are you using ? I’m trying to find out which one is the best to manage both prospects & customers, with 2 different types of users (like a marketplace) would be better if it has a free tier of course :)

back in Paris !! swimming after working long hours felt amazing, & walking 10k steps on the beach everyday helped a lot clarifying anything but being back in a more dynamic environment will also feel great if you see this & you’re building in Paris pls let me know!

had a demo call scheduled this morning prospect took this slot long time ago, & I don’t use any CRM yet so I forgot to send a reminder email obviously he didn’t show up… lesson learned!
