After putting in some additional work, I now believe CIFR's new hyperscaler tenant is either Meta or Microsoft and that they are taking the entire 100MW gross at Stingray under a 15 year triple net lease. Final answer. Many more to come across the space.

@McnallieM Just doing some napkin math here. Thats almost $1M per hour in revenue. Thats $8.7B ARR. This is just rough estimates. Still, I think they will come in much higher than the $3.7B ARR once all the 150000 GPUs are deployed. Probably $7-8B.

For revenue payback on these 50K GPUS of 2 years, these GPUS would have to generate 1.75B yearly (they're guiding for ~1.3B).
1.75B = exactly $4/per GPU-hour.

We need to be careful we're not using spot pricing as a proxy for multi-year contract pricing.
As a reference, IREN gets ~$1.75 per hour for their 1896 Hoppers (most of which are H200s).
Additionally, the rest of Prince George, as per guidance will be getting ~$2.50 per hour for the 21K Blackwell B200/B300s.
