It's with great regret that we have to disable Scuttle Puddle in patch 13.21 (tomorrow) to avoid a game-breaking bug that has emerged with the Portal. This also impacts Beats by Scuttle. We plan to reenable Scuttle Puddle in patch 13.22 after fixing the issue.

Hardly ever eta’s on fixes for bugs, some just never get mentioned like the FPS damage issue or low stat rolls on the armor or other negative ones; meanwhile the second something that benefits the players is found, it’s shut down.

Upper management at Bungie needs a shakeup. How are yall gonna prioritize a spawn camp cheese to get artifice armor, but not fix melee whiffs, bell kills in duality, bounties not working, pinnacles not dropping, invis players, invis guns, double damage? HELP ME UNDERSTAND

@JirouAkio @TFTesportsEMEA Often time the hardest thing is balancing novelty/uniqueness with game health. Our set designers come up with some unique stuff (like Darkflight), so getting that to work and be healthy/fair without adding a bunch of arbitrary clauses can be challenging.
