Eines der größten Probleme mit dem #Sicherheitspaket ist, dass nicht klar ist, welche Technik zum Einsatz kommen soll. Das ist keine Basis für den Beschluss eines Gesetzes. Im Gegenteil, es muss uns aufhorchen lassen.
