@Hertz @Uber @Chase I sent the two agents working at the @Hertz / @Uber office at 12th Ave and Bell Rd in Phoenix another email this morning and neither has responded in 3 days, nor answered their phone. I am also cancelling my @Chase account the minute my money is returned for providing zero help

Hey, @Hertz. Might want to rein in your Birmingham neighborhood location. They're not honoring reservations with over 30 cars in the lot and refusing to answer questions. Customer Service is non-existent and the agents seem more interested in talking to buddies than working.

B Logan hertz. 1st car, had piss in the seat & floor. 2nd car smelled like drugs3rd car broke down 70 miles out. It was towed. No replacement available. Hertz initiated Lift would not pick me up. Had to uber from hotel to hotel until i was close enough to uber to Logan.

@Hertz nobody wants to talk to your useless robot when you overcharged my card 3x the cost of my reservation. Your robot confirms I was overcharged but does nothing about it and proceeds to keep me on hold for a representative for an hour. Finally hung up will call the CC and get the charges reversed

@Hertz @Uber @Chase Another week and Hertz screwed up my bank account again.
I paid my previous week's lease at 10 PM on Sunday. A couple of hours later, @Hertz DOUBLE CHARGED me for this week's deposit hold, overdrawing my Uber Chase account yet again.
Chase notified immediately but did nothing....

@Hertz not happy today in HNL with available SUVs for President Circle choice. Old Mazda, 26K miles, drives horrible and my head keeps hitting the top of car in an out. Not good
