🇳🇱🧐 Verstehe ich richtig, was gerade in den Niederlanden abgeht? Müssen Anleger bald Kredite aufnehmen, um die Steuern für ihre fiktiven Gewinne zu begleichen? Szenario: Ich halte Aktien. Mein Portfolio: +100.000 € (auf dem Papier!) Mein Bankkonto: 0 € (weil Buy and Hold) Das niederländische Finanzamt: „Glückwunsch! Das macht dann bitte 36.000 € Steuern!“ Ich: „Aber ich hab doch gar nichts verkauft?“ Amt: „Egal. Zahl.“ Ich muss also meine Assets zwangsverkaufen oder einen Kredit aufnehmen, um Steuern auf Geld zu zahlen, das ich nie besessen habe. Das ist leider kein Witz: Es ist ab 2028 ein fester Satz von ca. 36 % geplant auf fiktive Gewinne bei Aktien und Krypto. Und der Clou: Wenn der Kurs nächstes Jahr um 30% crasht, sitze ich zwar auf einem schönen Verlustvortrag (den man dann verrechnen bzw. gutgeschrieben bekommen kann), bin aber real pleite, weil das Cash schon weg ist. Wer denkt sich so einen Irrsinn aus? PS: Kann man die Steuerrechnung dann bitte auch mit Monopoly-Geld bezahlen? Das ist schließlich auch fiktiv…

Fiverr wird die nächsten 2-3 Jahre nicht überleben. Früher habe ich regelmäßig Fiverr genutzt, um kleinere Aufgaben an Designer etc. zu vergeben. Seit ChatGPT, Grok und Co völlig unnötig geworden.
