@HeyBilt I just called customer support and the automated message hung up. I tried to use your 24/7 messaging feature and it’s not available. How do I contact you?!? My balance got transferred to Wells Fargo, then transferred back, and now I’ve been charged a bunch of interest!

Hey there, With Bilt 2.0, housing payments are charged to your card and automatically paid from your linked bank account within 1 business day. We made this change to preserve your available credit for everyday spending and allow us to continue offering some of the most rewarding cards on the market. We know this is an adjustment. You set up your linked bank account during card setup, and we understand this is a big change from what you were used to. If you were hit with an overdraft fee because of this, we'll reimburse that as a courtesy — just let us know via DMs. We're sorry for the friction as you get used to the new setup, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make Bilt the most rewarding program out there.

@HeyBilt The new rent payment system is disappointing. Before, rent stayed on the credit card balance until the statement due date. Now Bilt automatically withdraws money from linked bank accounts within 24–48 hours. This removes flexibility and hurts cash flow for many renters.

The new @BiltRewards card transition is absolute disgrace. There are multiple unknown and undisclosed late fees. Unintended duplicate fees. It’s all chaos. And their support is an ai chat that does shit show. Thinking to to move out @BiltRewards @WellsFargo

@BiltRewards two things Bilt needs to improve. 1- When making a payment it should reflect automatically like american express. 2-when using rewards -Bilt cash for dining there is confusion to be cleared out. I’ve tried to use them multiple times / restaurants don’t know anything.

A small number of members on Android had trouble accessing the Bilt app. The issue is resolved! You should now be able to log in without problems. We appreciate your patience while we fixed this!

Forced to use @HeyBilt, ACH rent payment now failed twice days later despite using the recommended plaid setup. Now late on rent for 1st time ever despite paying twice before due date. I'm traveling and going to get hit with late fees & rejected payment fees. Terrible experience.
