@jesseddy Not sure I agree. Not everyone gets a opinion. Your paying for a designers experience, understanding and ability to solve problems. Would you give your opinion to a plumber on how to fix a leak? No

When I coach Designers, I talk about taking a "customer service approach." What I mean is to make it as easy as possible for people to be part of the process, understand, collaborate, and give feedback. A small example: summarising changes to a design; the team PM loves it.

@heytimli Async is great (love videos for this), but I agree in finding a way to transition those into actual discussions (def. not always easy!). At times async stuff can still be easy to gloss over when everyone is busy!

How do you capture random ideas/small improvements for the products you work on outside of roadmap-related work? I have a growing collection of Figma files that I use as a scratchpad just get them out of my head. Curious what others do, and how you share those ideas internally?

One thing I hate about buying secondhand in Canada is there is no easy cashless way to pay the seller. You have to add them as a contact on bank app, pass them the phone to enter their email addy, then you send the money. Then you remove them cos it's a one-time transaction 🙄
