As we approach block 78,840 in mid-January, the next $CC emissions adjustment goes live on Canton:
~ Total issuance per block is cut by 50%
~ Super Validator share steps down from 48% → 20%
~ A greater portion of rewards flows to validators and applications actually driving network usage
