@IndraVahan If a restaurant is not at least 10 years old, good chances are they are using hyperpure and not sourcing their own ingredients.

every fancy dine-out restaurant in india now tastes the same. whether you’re in indiranagar, koregaon park or connaught place, and a huge reason is zomato’s hyperpure. restaurants are increasingly relying on zomato’s supply chain over local sourcing and food is slowly collapsing into the same bland template. induction only pushed kitchens further toward pre-made food

Keshav Nagar - Kharadi Bridge Still Closed for Cars But Bikes Found a Way 😅 | #infrastructure Keshav Nagar – Kharadi Bridge 🚗🌉 #saudaghar #KeshavNagarBridge #KharadiBridge #PuneTraffic #PuneInfrastructure #KeshavNagar #Kharadi #PuneUpdates #BridgeUpdate #PuneRoads #PuneDevelopment #PuneReels #Mundhwa #PuneCity #TrafficUpdate #PuneNews

Let it be known that Make in India has failed spectacularly because 56” could not reign the ghooskhor bhukkad babus of this country. Some big assembly shops under PLIs will not make India a manufacturing powerhouse, MSMEs will. But there is no land (babus and netas have driven real estate to sky), no easy capital (freebies eat up everything), plus the ghooskhors will find novel ways to trouble you every now & then. If he had gone after the baboons and enforced MSME friendly policies on the lines of China, we would be easily adding a few tens of billions to our exports by now.

What kind of manufacturing will make us 'viksit' ? - The shoe you see on the left is a functinoal one; technically designed to last long. really long. - Yet it costs 3490/- even when imported. - Li-ning probably sells few thousands every day. - The shoe you see on the right is a designer shoe from India selling for nearly $100. - This will sell few thousands in volume too. Perhaps over a longer period of time. If we have to grow our income-disparity, then we should manufacture the shoe on the left; But if we want to solve for making the middle-class remain middle-class, we should manufacture the shoe on the right;

The next 6 months are going to be very painful for businesses due to rising costs. We might be looking at mass layoffs and companies closing down in many sectors. Current rates of raw materials due to war are absolutely unsustainable.

Went to Vimannagar after a while... What a mess, Nagar road continues to be :( ...Uneven road, no markings, no proper signage, encroachments, etc. And the elevated road work to Shirur (and the Ramwadi - Wagholi metro extension work) hasn't even started! @PMCPune @navalMH @MDNagpure

😂 Trump Tower Kalyani Nagar PUNE just listed a 5BHK for ₹5 Lakh rent. Not 5k. Not 50k. Straight-up 5 Lakh. Per month. Bro, even the building looks like it’s flexing on your entire bloodline. Comes with: • 5 massive bedrooms • Imported marble that costs more than most people’s weddings • Views so good they’ll make you question every life choice Landlord casually collecting rent like it’s pocket change while the rest of Pune is out here negotiating with autowalas for ₹20. Tag someone who thinks they’re “doing well” financially 😂 #TrumpTowerPune #5LakhRent #KalyaniNagar #PuneRealEstate #LuxuryTax #MiddleClassReality *Its NOT my flat, found this post on Facebook

The root cause of this multiple offers syndrome is the '3 month long notice period' policy foolishly adoped by nearly every company. Employee after resignation is least interested to work in current company and is free and cant join next company and in parallel gets multiple offers. Neither existing company benefits from this and neither stops job switching and the propective future employer also struggles for onboarding the candidate and has a long waiting time. Now, Everyone wants a person who is already serving notice period / immediate joiner but for that, someone else has to make an offer and not u😂😂😂

Whenever I buy something from a grocery shop, if the MRP on a biscuit packet is ₹95, the shopkeeper usually sells it for ₹90. But at a chemist shop, if a medicine MRP is ₹201, they won’t even accept ₹200, they charge the full ₹201. This is why I want medicines to be sold online too, so that competition can bring better pricing for consumers.

Soon, quick commerce could come under real pressure. We’ve become habituated to getting things instantly. Order behaviour has changed massively. In the e-commerce era, people used to bundle purchases and place one big order every 2 weeks or even once a month. Quick commerce changed that completely. Now it’s: - one item orders - 2–3 orders a day - instant convenience as default behaviour But fuel and energy crises can seriously challenge this model. As fuel prices rise, delivery riders will need higher payouts to make meaningful money. To sustain that, quick commerce platforms may have no option but to bring back higher delivery fees and minimum order values. Convenience at this scale works only when logistics and energy costs remain predictable. Hope the energy situation stabilizes soon, else supply chains and consumer behaviour could see significant disruption.

@VishalBhargava5 For developers it takes the same amount of time to close a agreement be it 1cr or 10cr unit. More expensive the unit more margin opportunity, less headache.

A start up cannot set up an oil refinery, a telecom company or a power plant. A start up has no chance of setting up a bank. A start up cannot be in a business that has long gestation period. Start ups work within the constraints of capital and timeline to return that capital to investors. It should come as no surprise that start ups that get listed account for a small fraction of companies.

Despite all the talk of startups, MNCs and institutional capital, India Inc. still runs largely on family enterprise. 66% of the Nifty 500 companies are family businesses.

A proposed partnership between Pune Metro and Rapido for last-mile auto services at the Ramwadi Metro station triggered protests from local auto-rickshaw unions on Wednesday. Angry drivers gathered outside the station, claiming the move threatens their livelihood and questioning the legality of app-based transport services operating around Metro stations. The protest reportedly disrupted the launch event, with officials leaving midway. Rickshaw drivers also alleged that traffic police are preventing them from waiting near the station, making passenger pickups difficult. Meanwhile, Metro authorities argue that feeder services are necessary to improve connectivity for commuters travelling towards Viman Nagar, Kharadi, and Wagholi, where passengers often struggle to find quick transport after exiting stations. #PuneMetro #Rapido #PuneNews #AutoRickshaw #Punetimesmirror
