Elliot Page runs like a girl because Elliot Page is a girl. It is cruel to use someone who is struggling with her mental health for a political agenda like this.
Watching this film is a humiliation ritual for men through the use of a 5ft woman to portray a warrior, one of the most masculine of archetypes. But it’s also humiliating for Elliot Page. Many of those not playing along and saying “yes, this is a man” are laughing. If Hollywood truly cared about her, they wouldn’t put her in the spotlight like this. But they care about virtue signalling more than her wellbeing.
