@Qantas fantastic flight with Qantas from LHR to SIN. QF2, 24/02/23. CSM Jimmy was an incredible manager. Definitely focused on excellent customer service. Ground agent Laurenz at LHR was incredible. She was so very very helpful. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned.
