we're excited to launch Prized - Lovable for internal tools
unlike other AI builders, your company data is already there: connected, scoped to what you should see, audited on every access. no copy-pasting credentials, no data plumbing. prefer building with your own coding agent? bring it, it plugs into the same governed sandbox.
here's the thing: your ops, support, and finance teams are already building tools with AI. straight from company data, no permissions, no audit trail. security is assumed to be fine because it's "just internal." it's not.
so we built them a place where it's safe. describe the tool and watch it take shape, ship it in one click, and it deploys behind your company's sign-in

something i think about a lot in tech and design is actually curating a user experience that satisfies users in times of urgency.
my team scrapes the internet for data on a person's context, and the buffer time can take a while.
but something i found cool is that during these loading states for the data, we made the ability to spawn animals in that move across the screen at varying speeds (like snails and rabbits).
by the time the user tests this theory and waits for the snail to move off the screen, the data will have already loaded.
if you think about it, this concept of game-ifying your user experience isn't novel.
just take google chrome as an example.
when there's no service, you get a dinosaur game that keeps you entertained and more inclined to stay on the site a little longer.
it's micro-interactions like these that make tech so soulful and tasteful, because even the gaps matter.
Imk your thoughts!

Personal update: I'm taking a leave of absence from YC to join Anthropic. I'll be working with @NotTomBrown on the compute team.
Powerful AI has the potential to improve the life of every human on earth and, as we enter the early stages of recursive self-improvement, availability of compute becomes one of the most important issues to solve.
I'm excited to get started 🚀

Hosting an event in SF June 10th
Talks from @Baselayerhq, @RadiantGraph, @emanateai, @Sagaxyz__ and allocate + Radiantgraph
They're all hiring engineers and the format is basically every founder gives a short rundown on what they're working on and then attendees can chat w/ them after the talks.

+1000. for founders looking for ideas: do not go into egocentric video data for robotics.
too many vendors, almost zero differentiation. the winners have sophisticated backgrounds and real robot deployments. everyone else is running a brutal logistics op, shipping camera glasses to thousands of factory workers, in an early market where scaling laws aren't proven yet.
if you don't know what you're doing, this is not your market.

1/n Evaluation. If you cannot tell your data is actually useful, you are selling garbage and labs are training on garbage. The core assumption here is Video Pretraining at Scale will be similar to language pre training. That does not hold up.
