@tomcoates @EmmaKennedy @elonmusk Wouldn't the goal be that you CAN say those things? Saying "you don't get to say" is limiting free speech, however the laws decide is how free speech should be. Because laws are the voice of the people aswell.

@EmmaKennedy @elonmusk Yes. This. 100% this. You don’t get to say that people of color’s views are only as important as racists. You don’t get to say that Nazi views are as welcome as Jewish views. You don’t get to say that people who would attack gay people are as protected as gay people.

For Twitter to deserve public trust, it must be politically neutral, which effectively means upsetting the far right and the far left equally

The ideal is for free speech, and so if you are leaving twitter as an employee because of Musks free speech ideas, how are they expected to hire you even with serveral years of experience?
