Wer die totalitären Mechanismen des heutigen Europas verstehen will, sollte sich den Fall Hervé Gonsard einmal genauer vor Augen führen. Er steht geradezu beispielhaft für den gesamten Wahnsinn, in dem wir leben. Gonsard ist hochrangiger Direktor der »Banque de France«, der nationalen Zentralbank Frankreichs, die der EZB untersteht. Seine Laufbahn ist archetypisch für einen gesellschaftlichen Aufsteiger: Studium an der Sciences Po Paris, ein postgradualer Abschluss in der Verwaltung von Finanz- und Bankeinrichtungen an der Université Paris-Dauphine sowie klassische Stationen in der Filiale Nancy, bei der Commission bancaire und als Finanzattaché an der französischen Botschaft in Tokio. Dieser Gonsard wurde nun sanktioniert – weil er auf LinkedIn etwa dreißig Beiträge von Sarah Knafo und anderen Abgeordneten des Rassemblement National sowie Hommagen an Napoleon mit einem Like versehen hatte. Denunziert hatte ihn die kommunistische Gewerkschaft CGT, die ihn intern anzeigte und eine formelle Beschwerde einreichte. Die »Banque de France« leitete daraufhin eine interne Untersuchung sowie ein Disziplinarverfahren ein. Die eigentliche Selbstdemütigung folgte: In einer internen E-Mail an mehrere Tausend Mitarbeiter musste Gonsard eine klassische öffentliche Kasteiung abliefern. Er bekannte eine »schwere Fehlbeurteilung« und einen Verstoß gegen die Neutralitätsregeln, akzeptierte (»je comprends et accepte«) die verhängten Sanktionen ausdrücklich, drückte tiefes Bedauern aus und gelobte künftige strikte Neutralität und Zurückhaltung. Die CGT, die den Fall losgetreten hatte, tobte dennoch: Das Verfahren sei eine »Maskerade« und die Strafe viel zu milde – sie hatte seine Suspendierung gefordert. Ohne Zuwanderung lebten heute nur 57 Millionen Menschen in Deutschland anstelle der derzeit 83,7 Millionen. Na und? Um 1900 hatte Deutschland ebenfalls nur 57 Millionen Einwohner und das Staatsgebiet war sogar rund 50 Prozent größer als heute. Deutschland war führender Wissenschaftsstandort und die Aufbruchsstimmung der Gründerzeit machte Deutschland zu einer der dynamischsten Industriemächte der Welt. Selbst wenn man, wie die heutige „Managerkaste“, Deutschland nur als Wirtschaftsstandort begreift, sollte langsam durchgesickert sein, dass sinnlos in die Sozialsysteme importierte Menschenmassen noch lange keinen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg machen. Ganz im Gegenteil.
