This is basically the evolution of %scratch, and hopefully becomes a core part of Tlon Messenger, since current notebooks are so hard to use.
Since AI and agents seem to want to speak markdown, we need a more compatible way of sharing knowledge.

Eating about 30g of gelatin (~30% glycine) per day helped my hair go from stringy and sad to full & long after years of chronic stress and hair loss.
Gelatin and collagen have amino acids that support keratin production. Glycine also helps lower cortisol.
My favorite way to get collagen is through stews, 3-4 hours max cook time if bones are involved to prevent metals from leaching 🥘

Caffeine has been shown to increase cAMP levels and promote cellular energy, while DMG has been shown to reduce inflammation & oxidative stress and improve local microcirculation.
