✅ UPDATE: The line has now re-opened. Services are returning to run as scheduled, but will remain subject to delay whilst we get our crew and units back into position.

The Transport Heritage programme celebrates Britain's rich and globally significant contribution to the development of transport. The most important of these historic locations are marked by a National Transport Trust Heritage Plaque, known as a “Red Wheel.”

Yesterday at Boat of Garten Station on the Strathspey Railway, Sally Spaven, Chair of the Highland Main Line Community Rail Partnership, was presented with a prestigious Red Wheel by John Yellowlees, Honorary Rail Ambassador, as part of the Railway 200 celebrations. #Railway200
