@nobrokercom Without Esign why the agreement was shipped ? This is a basic step to be reviewed before shipping it.

@careem This is not an investigation—just justification. I was left behind, the wrong route was taken, and I was charged double. Explaining tariff doesn’t erase service failure. After 2+ years as a loyal customer, this response is deeply disappointing.
