@SiegeStudios The Classic cover. It’s where I started with WH40K in 1993 (I’ve been collecting Ultramarines - remember that awesome Codex! - ever since) and whilst the new modern design is very cool and definitely evokes the older classic cover, 2e will always be my WH40K.

Are you a veteran of the hobby who remembers the red years and the unmistakable energy of second edition, or are you newer to Warhammer 40,000 and seeing the Armageddon artwork for 11th edition with its powerful nods to that classic box art? There is something special about seeing these two pieces side by side. One defined an era and pulled so many of us into the hobby for the first time. The other carries that legacy forward while reigniting the same sense of scale, chaos and heroism that made us fall in love with Warhammer in the first place. It feels like a full circle moment. Whether you were there in the beginning or you are just stepping onto the battlefield now, this is an incredibly exciting time for Warhammer 40,000, for the hobby, and for our community. 🩸So which artwork speaks to you more? The classic or the modern take? When and how did you get into Warhammer? Tell us how you started in the comments. #warhammer40k #warhammercommunity #warhammer #bloodangels #new40k

@wesstreeting @Keir_Starmer "Doctors, stop asking for better pay and conditions to stop people going to Australia and making the NHS collapse, or I'll make it worse, so the NHS is more likely to collapse". Yeah, that'll show em, Wes. Or you could try NOT taking negotiation hints from Trump

The BMA seems surprised that if they reject the deal on offer and go on strike their members don’t get what the Government is offering. We have time before Easter weekend to resolve this dispute. A deal on jobs and pay is on the table. @Keir_Starmer 👇🏻 thetimes.com/article/18f9fd…

BBC News: Keir Starmer and Wes Streeting are trying to bribe doctors to call off next weeks strike, by saying that if they don't extra training places won't be created Just to be clear, these aren't 'extra' training places, these are training places And if the general public understood the meaning of this, they would be standing alongside doctors striking Never thought I'd be as disgusted with Labour as I was disgusted with the Conservatives, but here we are

A viral dog rescue from 2016 is now immortalized with a statue in Kazakhstan. When a dog fell into the Sayran reservoir, bystanders formed a human chain to pull him to safety. The statue is a reminder of the value of unity, solidarity and collective action. 14/10 for all

This is after PM Starmer broke US faith in the "special relationship." There will be long lasting strategic repercussions for this British domestic political theater that rival PM Anthony Eden's performance in the 1956 Suez Crisis. 1/2

BREAKING: The UK has approved U.S. use of RAF Fairford and Diego Garcia to carry out strikes on Iranian missile sites targeting shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, under collective self-defense, The Times reports.

@hobbitomm @MarkUrban01 There is already a port city called Lorient (Brittany), which was specifically created (!) in the late 17th century, during the reign of Louis XIV, by the French East India Company for the trade with the East (l'Orient).

The literature of German invasion fiction generally has to yadda-yadda the means by which Germany (or Nordland) gets past the RN and conducts a successful amphibious assault without landing craft. That said, never underrate the alien space bats.

@Nusbacher I mean, aside from needing to explain which particular Alien Space bats intervened to make Sealion work!

@MedRegoncall1 @ArcticSquirrel3 Ah, but remember the GP is the community house officer! Ask the PA if they'd tell any other set of consultants to do their jobs for them? GPs are specialists in Primary Care/Family Medicine.

🔴One of GPs fast bleeped me to see this discharge letter written by a rude Physician Assistant. He tells the GP to repeat bloods and request Echo without “ Dear, Please or Thank you” ⛔️Unprofessional and cringeworthy ⛔️GPs are senior Doctors and not your children. Ask nicely

@Nusbacher @TimesRadio @Keir_Starmer If it's not legal to get involved, whether we have the capacity doesn't matter. If course, if we don't have the capacity, the legality doesn't matter. So either/or

Tonight on @TimesRadio I was fairly fired up at Sir @Keir_Starmer yet again saying he’s consulting his solicitor instead of saying that we haven’t got the mine countermeasures vessels to clear Hormuz. Carole Walker asks a sharp question and then listens: excellent interviewer.

When I was about 12, I bought a hardback copy of SS-GB by Len Deighton in a second-hand sale. It’s a novel set in a conquered Britain occupied by Nazis. It’s a well-researched bit of brilliance, and it made me think of history, war and loyalty so differently. Thanks, Len xx.

@Nusbacher I doubt it. Report about food. Report about vandalism mentioned on both a Gail's, with explanation of why it's being viewed as Zionist (and clear refuting of involvement from Cafe Metro and the local Palestinians), and of Cafe Metro. Seems balanced. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

There is nothing in Gail's bakery that I eat. The coffee is second-rate. Nonetheless, I feel motivated to go there for a decaf quad to protest the racist tendencies of Guardian Media Group.

Only 2 concerns raised by the coroner Both directed towards the GP service No mention in the concerns that a Consultant Cardiologist didn't know their own pathway for chest pain!? That was the root cause But no, General Practice to kindly take the blame

Another patient dead Another PFD report The coroner was clear. The Info sent to the GP practice by NHS 111 was reviewed by a non medically trained staff member who decided not to escalate to a CLINICIAN- a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL and did not add this to the medical record 😡
