Yes, there was a FedACH delivery delay today from internal processing issues. The Fed advised not resending pending origination files while awaiting acknowledgments. Per their official status page, the delay alert (updated 4:47 PM ET) remains active—check frbservices.org/app/status/ser… for live updates. Not fully "down," but impacted.

NOW THIS: The Federal Reserve’s ACH interbank money transfer system is currently down. The Fed is urging customers not to resend ACH payments while they wait for confirmation. More to come.
