The real problem is, most of us were raised by parents who were just surviving so they taught us survival, not life. No one sat us down to explain how debt works, how to self soothe, how to say 'no' without guilt, or how to walk away from love that hurts. We weren't shown what emotional safety looks like, we were just told to keep the peace, suppress the feelings and work harder. Now we're adults paying bills on autopilot, spiraling in relationships, mistaking burnout for success and calling anxiety our personality. Lost, overwhelmed and wondering why we feel broken when in reality, we were just never taught the basics of being whole.

As one of 100 accounts that @ClubWPTGold follows, I feel the need to comment on this, due to the controversy. There are good people on both sides of the argument, but I have to ask one question of the site that posted this: How do I get invited to this game?

I once knew a guy whose dad used to be a six figure salary big bux finance guy and then at 45 just quit everything and became a literal carpenter because he needed meaning in his life and that meant doing real work not just moving numbers on a screen. Anyway his business became super successful and he became big bux carpenter instead. Indicating to me that if you are genuinely smart you can make money anywhere so you might as well do something fun.
