@hoffman_capital @ChrisRamsey60 You serve two masters, who are at complete opposite sides on every single issue/item…and the common denominator of every issue, is you. @pslohmann has heard me complain about this for years. But, Id bet Peter makes more $ with the adjacent stuff he does than his PM biz.

I would not even consider property management as a business unless I had ownership in the properties or it was a special scenario where one day I thought I could buy the property. The money in property management only comes because if you operate it well you build equity, force appreciation and add value to your own properties.

@MikeBotkin_ @ChrisRamsey60 Really? Negative net working capital, recurring rev, no capex, likely positive net revenue retention from owners buying more properties and adding them to your mgmt portfolio. I was never in the space, but I hardly see prop mgmt as a poor one.

@ChrisRamsey60 At my old firm, we owned one of the largest property management companies in Florida. We also owned restaurants and hotels. 3-way tie for worst businesses to be in. Miserable.

@hoffman_capital The stations we’re installing here have both WiFi + 4G connectivity. Garages can be tough sometimes connectivity wise thankfully this is a new build w common area repeaters throughout. You need connectivity to collect $ for charging use.
