Most of the time I wouldn’t keep score. I shot 6 over on the front, ending with an 87 at GCU (6700 yards) last Tuesday. I’m closer to 11 now.

$OPAD is running a much better operation on ground than $OPEN. The homes are selling faster and the percentage of homes that are less profitable is much lower . When volume scales for both , this will matter a lot and Offerpad will get priced at a better premium valuation than Opendoor . $OPAD should be a $15 stock now if $OPEN is $5

@hola_gus It’s just naive to think about it as an investment. Even when it’s “up,” it’s down when measured against an actual hard asset. Being up while dominated in USD is misleading and silly.

It always drives me crazy when people ask me, "have you checked Zillow for how much your house is worth now? are you up???" It shows they do not have an understanding of money, and here is one of the best explanations for why. Check it 👀
