The Shamen supported Friends Again once at a gig in Aberdeen. On a blackboard outside the venue it said, “Friends Again and The She-Men”. E’s are good, but not in this case.

An interesting wee housing story from the BBC, explaining the local authority is hoping to acquire a "rundown Glasgow home in bid to sell it" (an on-sale being required as apparently no local registered social landlords are interested in it).

@Joanna__Hardy Whilst I agree that these changes won't be nearly enough to clear the backlog, it's clear that it's easier to brief two lay magistrates than a jury, and the deliberation time is certain to be far less. Juries often take 2-5 hours; this panel would probably take < 1 hour.

I need you to know that if your barrister says there’s going to be a ‘hoo ha’ in a court hearing then this is slightly less serious than a ‘ding dong’ which, in turn, is less serious than some ‘argy bargy’ and all of them less serious than a ‘showdown’.
