Pick yr fights with PD. Tried time & again to reattach leg to specs by getting a tiny screw into a tiny hole so that I could tighten with a tiny screwdriver. Refused wife’s offers of help. She pulled rank 30 mins in after she heard me shout “FUCK OFF YOU FUCKING TINY WANKER!”

@holly_bopp Great question. There are no treatments yet proven to slow/stop progression, but we believe it's coming. We're investing in clinical trials to investigate how a range of interventions - including new drugs, repurposed drugs and exercise - could slow, stop or reverse Parkinson's.

Research director @ParkinsonsUK said: “Parkinson’s is a condition that develops gradually….Intervening earlier to stop the loss of brain cells is the key to preventing the condition.
