In summary, we used single-cell screens to functionally characterize enhancers in a model of human development. How do enhancers contribute to cell fate specification and diseases of human development like CHD? We are excited to learn more in the IGVF Consortium. (8/8)

Finally, we generated genetic knockouts for two TBX5 enhancers. Enhancer deletion analysis mirrors that of CRISPRi, with knockout cells showing a marked reduction of mature CMs states. (7/8)
