@humbledwaifus @NikTek Solely a cost-cutting measure and people are blaming AI. Translation software existed long before AI became popular. It would be better for Warhorse to keep a human in to oversee the translations that their AI pumps out.

Warhorse Studios Employee has been fired from the Studio in favor of AI. Max H, who has been working for the studio since 2022 as a translator and editor talked about his situation on a Reddit post. According to his statement, the management at Warhorse invited him to a meeting and told him; in an effort to "make the company more effective" and "save finances", as of next month, his position at the company would become "obsolete" in favour of using AI for all translations going forward. He was fired from Warhorse Studios on March 27 2026 with no warnings at all. What are your thoughts?

@sniffalt it sucks that you’re right. you can’t just appreciate art or writing anymore because it could be AI, having to double check everything is sad

@avesias @imperatorfps I started playing overwatch in 2023 because I was looking forward to the pve. When it was canceled, I kept playing for a while, hoping it would return, but I hate pvp, so I stopped entirely. I would return if they brought back pve.

@BradMunn_ @Blizzard_Ent Me and a lot of people care about pve actually. I joined the game for the pve and stopped playing when it was canceled. I have no interested in bashing my head against other players over and over. It feels pointless.
