Another thing @GWRHelp . Actually two things. 1) why is a season ticket from Chippenham to Paddington about £1,000 more than a combination of tickets from Chip to Didcot and Didcot to Paddington? There is literally no benefit that justifies the increased fee.

Evening team @GWRHelp . Sitting on the 2330 waiting to leave Paddington, which now has a locked brake. In the time it’s taken to decide that, 20 carriages of empty train have gone back to depot...am I missing something here?

18 minute delay before the train has even arrived. Is “late from the depot” an acceptable excuse @GWRHelp ? Maybe get up a little earlier?

Despite my giving @GWRHelp a kicking for awful service, they do have a few good eggs working for them. “Karen” at PAD who refused to give her name, is not one of those. An utterly self-righteous, rude, disrespectful husk of a human.
