@HPSupport @cromaretail @CromaSupport I have purchased HP pavilion laptop on 17th August 24. Hinge of laptop is dismantling while opening the screen. Complaint raised for the same on 6th Apr till laptop not collected for repair. I have extended warranty for laptop.

Mohit, As per the update from the service team, the replacement parts used for your unit are original components specifically designed for your model. The service was completed by an HP Authorized Service Center, and only genuine HP parts are used during the repair process. Regards, HP Social Media Escalation Team
