@BorzoIndia some fraud going on. I made a booking, but the payment did not go through so I created another order. Both orders are active, still a 3rd person comes to pick up the order who I'm not able track! Neither am I able to cancel duplicate order no. 88312 without a charge.

@BorzoIndia Pathetic service by borzo delivery agent. My lunch was delivered 4 hours after pickup, at 4pm! Order#64269. There is no way to contact customer service as well, since the chat option is disabled in the app. Have the courtesy to call and issue me a refund!

@facescanada Seems to be running a scam online service in India. Order #976657 placed on Oct 2 was not delivered until Oct 14. After raising a request to cancel, I am being continuously denied of my refund as apparently their logistics partner is failing to return the product
