@HSBC @HSBC_UK can you fix the UI issue on the mobile banking app. The recent update is jarring! I cannot view my accounts at a glance because the home page is on max zoom.

My friend tried to withdraw £20k from his high street bank & their response was shocking For 30 years he’s has been a loyal customer of this major bank He called to withdraw the money & they said no, you have to come into the branch He went into the branch & asked asked to withdraw the £20k and they asked 'what it’s for'? He said ’none of your business, it’s my money’ They said ‘unless you can tell us exactly what the money is for, you cannot withdraw it' This should shock & terrify you, because your own money isn’t even yours anymore

@HSBC_UK I have been virtually broke for the past 10 days because I lost my phone and all of my cards were on my phone, my laptop was stolen so I cannot access my email. I have tried resetting my card or being able to get emergency cash out, but was taken back to Ireland

@HSBC_UK Yeah whenever I call these numbers they ask for details I do not have because I am away from my home, in Ireland. The nearest HSBC branch is Dublin, which is expensive to get to. Yeah, what is the instagram and I can write there and request that my account with HSBC be shut down

@HSBC_UK @ThreeUK Back to physical media for writing things down, but completely locked out of my finances, which I earned in work. This has put me in a very dangerous situation. I also have autism and ADHD. So this entire experience with HSBC and Three has been incredibly fucking difficult

@HSBC_UK My emotionally abusive and controlling mother had to buy me a new phone and it isn't the best phone, as it was cheap, so some things do not work - an email or a telephone number for a real person would be great, rather than a social media application ran by a fascist!

Today I contacted HSBC UK about a disputed transaction on my credit card. After chatting with an agent for an hour, I became even more confused, and my issue was not resolved. I don’t see such a terrible customer service. @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Customer for 30 years, never experienced such poor customer service when agent tells you that you cannot log a compliant when £199 has been withdrawn from your account. To add insult the agent then terminates the call. No empathy, understanding or professionalism.
