Gibt keinen größeren Scam als Neubaugebiete im Speckgürtel von beliebten Städten. Mini-Grundstück, 650.000 Euro für eine Doppelhaushälfte, Schulden bis zur Rente, 4% Zins. Alle Häuser sehen gleich aus, du hörst auf der Terrasse jedes Gespräch der Nachbarn, jeder Fußgänger guckt dir direkt ins Wohnzimmer.

@sparbuchfeinde 650k für ein Haus das in 30 Jahren 1,2-2mio wert ist, guter Deal oder? Denn gerade am speckgürtel von aufblühenden Städten werden enorme Wertsteigerungen erzielt werden! Aber eins ist klar: in 10 Jahren sagt man „hättest du mal vor 10 Jahren gekauft“ der Klassiker!

BMW. Then vs now. 3 Series. Once compact. Now the size of an old E39 5 Series. 5 Series. Once mid-size. Now closer to an old F01 7 Series and its not that old really. 7 Series. Once a flagship. Now massive and not even comparable to anything bigger, because there isn't really, older LWB models are still shorter somehow. Because the new 7 series is LWB only, that's why. Feels like every model moved up a class a little bit every time they got updated. Compared to older BMWs, modern ones are bigger in every way. Not just size. Everything, maybe not as much in engine size.
