@Uber_Support @Uber_Support This is not the first time. In November 2025 the exact same thing happened — I reported a driver for dangerous driving, 1★, and deactivated in apparent retaliation. This is a pattern. Uber's system is being abused by drivers to punish riders for legitimate feedback

@Uber_Support Uber then confirmed in writing that "appropriate actions were taken with Partner WILFREDO" — meaning they believe my safety report. Yet I remain permanently banned. These two positions cannot both be true.
