@KayeSteinsapir People saying you haven’t done enough are ignorant. Sometimes the best thing you can do for an animal is ensure they have a home where they are safe. If (when) Calvin were to bite a human, you’d be forced to euthanize him…. You’re absolutely doing the right thing. I am SO sorry

Moved to Italy before having my first - she was born 9 weeks premature (7 weeks in NICU/neonatology) and I had a two week hospital stay prior to her birth. Total out of pocket cost: €0.00. Every family on earth deserves this type of stress free care in a difficult time.

Just got my son’s hospital and NICU bill. It cost him $35,341.22 to be born! Thankfully we have good insurance — we only owe $1,059.90. “Why aren’t millennials having more kids?”
