@JackieBee_16 @TELUSsupport @TELUS I'm sure you've heard all sorts but I've had good luck with Shaw. I have had the odd trouble but they don't charge to send a tech out. And I use online chat which works really well. I have two kids that game online and I work from home. Not a lot of hiccups.

Still no callback from @TELUSsupport @TELUS - even though I called and requested a callback again. In the meantime, the tv keeps freezing, and Telus has the nerve to text me a survey about my recent call… I’m not paying a cent more to this company
