That’s why so many big name charities spend so much of their received donations on trademark litigation then get roasted for for using so little of the donations to actually help peeps

@AraeJuice @mrdezparker @CohhCarnage @SaberGames There is an option typically for both parties to agree to simultaneous use. It also depends on if a trademark was currently in use and the filing status, but a trademark doesn’t necessarily need to be filed to claim use already.
