@SW_Help the guard and platform safety staff seemed totally unconcerned by the gentleman with the huge illegal electric bike that was on the 18:03 Clapham Junction to Dorking train. Just watched on as he exited the train Motspur Pk with said incendiary device

@SW_Help how do you claim delay repay for a train that ran almost to time but was impossible to join as yet again you ran a 4 car service to Dorking at the height of rush hour. Your web site does not have an option for unable to board due to extreme incompetence.

@SouthernRailUK can you provide a lame comment as to why the 18:35 Epsom to Dorking train was cancelled this evening. The automated announcement did not indicate why this ‘rate’ destination train was cancelled when all your others through Epsom seem just fine.
