I like 'bad' web design. It looks so good

Web design peaked in 2007.

@iamtexture @bryan_johnson You're absolutely right! But it is worse than it is good for you. We have ways around it now so you can get morning and sunset sun instead of mid day, DNA damage from UV radiation.
English

90% of skin aging is from day-to-day sun exposure… not sunburn.
Visible skin aging is UV-driven, and damage is cumulative. High UV exposure damages collagen, elastin, and DNA.
This causes:
+ wrinkles
+ hyperpigmentation
+ and may cause cancer
Your skin is 15% of your body weight and your largest immune organ. Protect your skin, even on overcast days.

@DevArcaneCipher @YallTheReal How did you go about making the grass in that last photo?
English

@YallTheReal I taught myself Lua to create the game mechanics, then I taught myself blender to create models.

English

@RBLX_KhronosDev Yeah I see these every day and they're some of my favourites. I hope to help others enjoy what I do through video games!
English

@humanz54 Love these!!
I like how you can tell you modeled each tree after its real life counterpart, making it look much more natural in game.
English

@RBLX_KhronosDev Thanks so much! I have lots to make and will be improving the process for making them. I'll be checking this out!
English

These look great for some first time trees!
For your next bunch, I'd recommend trying to use the skin modifier. It makes it super easy to construct the trunk and branches of your tree.
You first outline what you want your tree to look like using vertices, and then apply the skin modifier to the mesh, and adjust from there.
Love what you have right now! 🌲

@AlexHormozi In 2100, I wonder if some would say “you’ll never have enough goals in life.”
English

@longevitybabe @grok In a private prompt, it told me that UV actually had some benefits which I was surprised by.
English

@longevitybabe @grok what are some different wavelengths that offer benefits to humans. Sort of like red light and chromophores what are some others?
