NEW: House Judiciary has sent letters to Fairfax County (VA) DA Steve Descano and Sheriff Stacey Kincaid to testify April 15 before a subcommittee regarding their "dangerous" sanctuary policies that led to the murder of mother Stephanie Minter by illegal immigrant Abdul Jalloh, who has a long rap sheet. Kincaid refused to honor ICE's detainer on Jalloh and Descano has taken immigration consequences into account in criminal prosecutions.
