That’s it.
30 minutes.
Water. Coffee. Bible. Prayer/stretching. Reading. Habit tracking.
It’s not impressive. It’s not extreme. But it’s repeatable.
And repeatable beats impressive almost every time.
And hey - if you want that exact habit tracker I've been using for YEARS to make sure I'm doing the right stuff...
just comment "TRACKER" and I'll send it to you.
It's awesome.

This is my 30-Minute Morning Routine, as a 40-year old millionaire entrepreneur with kids and a wife and an insanely busy life.
Not the “wake up at 4am, journal for 45 minutes, meditate on a mountain, then cold plunge into a glacier” routine.
I have kids. I have work to get done.
I have about 30 minutes of silence before the house wakes up.
So it has to be simple. And it has to be effective.
And these 6 steps are exactly that. Let's go ---->

This is because alcohol consumption is fine, provided you moderate it.
Believe it or not, not everyone who drinks gets black out drunk every night.
It won’t kill weight loss. It won’t kill your sleep. It won’t kill your health.
If you moderate it.

I gave up all alcohol for Lent and noticed absolutely no difference in energy, mood, ability to focus, overall health, etc. Moderate drinking is fine and not a problem and we know this because we have done it for thousands of years.

@CoachCalArk Shut up please. No one cares about you anymore, Johnny

I’ve spent my entire life focusing on the success and well being of student athletes. Their success in both sports and academics is paramount. I have no problem with Athletes making money and I have had that stance for many years.
But what we have been dealing with the last few years is harmful not only to their total success but also the longevity of College Sports as we know it. Yesterday, President Trump took bold action to preserve and protect Collegiate Athletics. I urge Congress to pass bipartisan legislation and SAVE COLLEGE SPORTS!

Most people try to take it easy on their birthdays. I've been working the phones to figure out who will be playing for Kentucky WBB next season.
Have some significant updates in there. 👀

By 2030, 92 million jobs will be lost to AI.
But a small group will benefit the most:
The ones using it.
I use AI to create 100–120 page non-fiction books...
And sell them on Amazon KDP.
One book in my portfolio recently did $39,000 in a single month.
No luck or guesswork.
I’ve been doing this for 6+ years.
So I broke my system down into a simple 12-page doc.
Inside, you’ll learn how to:
• Find topics people already pay for
• Stack multiple books that pay you daily
• Turn a few books into predictable monthly income (even starting from zero)
Like + comment “Book” and I’ll send it over.
(Follow so I can DM)
